Stillroom

A specialized historical workspace—part kitchen, part apothecary, and part laboratory -where plants were distilled, herbs dried, and cosmetics, medicines, and preserves made.

Stillroom creates beverages and culinary experiences inspired by the language of perfumery. Drawing from botanical ingredients, distillation techniques, fermentation, tea culture, and flavour extraction, each drink is composed with the same attention to balance and layering as a fine fragrance. Our menu celebrates thoughtful, alcohol-free drinking through sophisticated zero-proof cocktails, botanical tonics, kombuchas, specialty coffee, sparkling teas, and seasonal creations. Rather than imitating alcoholic beverages, we create drinks with their own identity—complex, refined, and deeply rooted in sensory exploration.

Stillroom is based in Ubud, Bali.

At Oaken Stillroom, every beverage is designed and crafted as a sensory composition-built with the precision of perfumery and the craftsmanship of aromatics.
