WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Level: Supervisor/ Coordinator
Full Time (Currently Hybrid office/ home due to safety measures)
- Be the point of contact for international & local buyers, consignment & marketplace partner, and b2b clients regarding all commercial and sales matter.
- Regularly engage with current and potential accounts to ensure retailer relationships are maintained and expanded
- Arranging order fulfillment with internal production, warehouse and logistics team
- Process invoices and managing commercial contracts with our sales accounts
- Communicate with all retail and wholesale channels regularly to promote strong sell through, introduce new lines, hear feedback, and receive sales reports
- Research new stores and markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing clients
- 2 years of wholesale or retail experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Professional email, phone and video call etiquette are required.
- Attention to detail and consistent follow through
- Ability to multi-task and delegate
- Highly self-motivated, willing to take initiative
- Passion in business development
- Some knowledge of retail math and strong analytical skills
- Existing buyer relationships is a plus
